At WLT, we believe we have a very clear view of our mission. Our goal is to maximize both the short and long term success of all parties involved in a transaction: the issuer (our client), the original investors, the new investors and the lender. We believe that true success is not only the transaction itself, but the prosperity of the client company and its investors over time – especially in the critical time period 12 to 18 months post transaction.

To facilitate accomplishment of this critically important goal, WLT has used the following approaches:















Careful preparation of the issuer for road shows and investor presentations.

Creative use of special situations debt financing in combination with equity financing to minimize original shareholder dilution.

Collaboration with other investment banking firms in the transaction.

Developing a master plan for an initial transaction combined with follow on transactions that take advantage of a higher stock price and improved financial results.

Providing guidance to a client company post transaction to help them meet the responsibilities and obligations of being a US public company. We impart guidance on best practices to assist the clients in building a strong “following” in the markets.

Providing assistance to the client in recruiting an independent board of directors and meeting the requirements for a listing on a national exchange.
